Description The Burringurrah girls decided that the best way to create a documentary about the stories of Mt. Augustus is to go there to camp for the night. This short film is as much about the fun camping journey as it is about this significant West Australian landmark; the largest rock in the world.

This is a great clip. I am studying my Early Childhood Teaching degree and am completing a unit on Indigenous Perspectives and Education. I think this clip would be fantastic when used in a classroom to highlight the importance of the land to Indigenous Australians. I am so glad I came across this website. Please, please put up more clips from Western Australia as that is where I will be teaching and my goal is to make learning experience particularly relevant to local communities.
