Description The Thumbs Up! team of Buzz Bidstrup, Jess Beck & James McKendry had the pleasure of holding a songwriting workshop at the Nation Centre of Indigenous excellence in May 2015. The students came up with "Fast Paced", a song about their observations of life in the big city.
