Bush Food Cooking a Bluetongue Lizard

The Northern Bluetongue lizard was very common until the arrival of cane toads, eating the toads poisoned them leading to a dramatic population decline.
The one being cooked is a small specimen as they can grow quite large and have many live young each year in the buildup to the wet season. The young grow very fast.
