Description Elizabeth Katakarinja, ICTV Board Member, created an animation at the ICTV board meeting in 2015. The animation is about women hunting for bush tucker.
Elizabeth, hullo I am a elderly white woman who is sorry for what we have done. I just purchased one of your paintings from Michael on ebay 'Bush Medicine''and wanted to say thank you for your lovely artwork. I have no other way of contacting you. I now watch ICTV on a regular basis and it is shameful what we did to your people. The other week I also watched Rabbit Proof Fence. It has come as a shock that children were just taken away.
Bless you all of your days. I am so sorry. I worked as a Nurse for 43 years but have had little contact with Aboriginal culture until now and I am 70. Well done on your ICTV.
